About the Role
The Chief Clinical Lead, Occupational Health, provides senior clinical leadership to the Occupational Health team and supports the delivery of the Occupational Health Service. This role ensures that occupational health programmes are safe, high quality, and equitable, offering expert operational advice and guidance to the GM Occupational Health.In addition, the Chief Clinical Lead contributes to the wider work of Occupational Health, Safety, Organisational Resilience where appropriate, and is accountable for leading and managing the clinical governance approach for Occupational Health service delivery.
About You
You have significant experience in a senior leadership role, guiding and developing leaders through coaching, mentoring, and team management. You bring extensive clinical experience, with at least five years in occupational medicine as a vocationally registered senior medical officer in New Zealand, or equivalent. You thrive in complex organisations and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You have a proven track record of delivering programmes of work in challenging environments and are confident providing clinical leadership and expertise within a multidisciplinary team. You are driven to achieve high-quality outcomes while supporting the growth and performance of those around you.
