Occupational Physician Registrar (OccuMED Consulting, Perth)

OccuMED is seeking an Occupational Physician Registrar (or GP with an interest in Occupational Medicine) to join our growing, doctor-led team in Western Australia. Demand for high-quality occupational health services is strong, with new clients continuing to engage OccuMED for support.

This role offers the opportunity to work in an accredited AFOEM training setting, working closely with experienced Occupational Physicians and advanced trainees supporting your development within a structured clinical environment.

You will initially operate within a clearly defined clinical governance framework, undertaking a mix of:

• Pre-employment and Periodic medicals
• Fitness for work assessments
• Injury management (initial and follow-up)
• Health monitoring and legislated medicals such as Rail, OEUK, Commercial Driver medicals
• Employer-facing advisory and escalation cases

We are looking for a clinician who:

• Is training in or have an interest in Occupational & Environmental Medicine
• Values clinical practice in line with OccuMED’s values of trust, quality, and exceptional performance
• Is comfortable with use of technology
• Can commit ideally to working 4–5 days per week
