About the role
Location: Various locations across greater Sydney
Engagement Type: Contractor engagement preferable (days / hours flexible)
Working at one of our greater Sydney clinic locations, you will provide occupational health services to a diverse client base, with opportunities to undertake rail and other industry-specific medical assessments depending on your experience and accreditations.
- Pre-employment and periodic medical assessments
- Fitness for work assessments
- Injury management and return-to-work support
- Industry-specific and regulatory medical assessments
- Workplace health advice and risk management support
- Onsite and project-based occupational health services
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams

Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration with no conditions, undertakings or restrictions
- Previous occupational health or workplace health experience is strongly preferred, enabling you to contribute confidently from commencement.
- Occupational and Environmental Medicine training or interest in pursuing training desirable but not essential
- Rail Authorised Health Professional (AHP) accreditation highly regarded. Candidates willing to obtain accreditation within the short term are also encouraged to apply.
- Other industry specific accreditations are highly regarded but not essential, including:
- RSHQ EMO and/or AMA accreditation
- NSW Order 45 accreditation
- OEUK accreditation
- DAME accreditation
- Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team
