Reinstating Associate Membership Form

Instructions:

• An administrative fee of $50 applies on top of your membership fees to reinstate your lapsed membership
• The total Associate membership fee for the year (1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022) is $370. You can pay for two ($640) or three years ($890) in advance. 
• Fully complete each step before moving on to the next one
• Submit your form and follow links to complete payment. On the payment page, you will have the option to pay via EFT or credit card
• You will receive an auto-generated tax invoice in your email
• The Secretariat will email you your member log in details which can be changed / updated in Membership > My Profile
