We are seeking casual Registered Nurses for shifts at our clinics across South Australia and an upcoming project from August through to October. Each year a team of Registered Nurses travel to rural locations in South Australia as part of a project to conduct pre-employment medicals and rail medicals alongside a Medical Technician. A typical day involves 16 medicals, scheduled between 8am to 5pm, with some set up and pack down time outside of these hours which will result in a start time of 7am and a finish time of approx. 6pm. Flights, accommodation, and car hire will be arranged and paid for by the company. Clinic days are weekdays only.
To support you upon commencement, Jobfit Health Group will provide a tailored nurse training program to be delivered by our Senior Nurse Leaders. We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to perform consistent and quality medical assessments through your professional expertise.
What we need from you:
- Degree level qualifications in nursing
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience or accreditation in spirometry, audiometry or drug and alcohol testing (highly regarded)
- Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to best practice, ethical behaviour and conduct
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
